By purchasing or using Pixie, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Pixie. Pixie is a one-time purchase and includes future updates. The copy is tied to the Steam account that bought it; installing it on your own machines follows Steam's normal rules.
You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the software. You may not reverse engineer it except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The chat feature requires your own third-party AI API key. You are responsible for any costs incurred with that provider and for complying with their terms. Pixie does not provide or pay for AI usage.
Pixie is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
Pixie is sold and delivered through Steam. Valve handles the transaction, and the Steam Subscriber Agreement applies alongside these Terms. Refunds follow Steam's policy — see our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
