By purchasing or using Pixie, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Pixie on up to two (2) devices per purchased license. Pixie is a one-time purchase and includes all 1.x updates.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key. You may not reverse engineer the software except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The chat feature requires your own third-party AI API key. You are responsible for any costs incurred with that provider and for complying with their terms. Pixie does not provide or pay for AI usage.
Pixie is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
Sales are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; their terms also apply to the transaction. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
